Major responsibilities

As a managing director, he is responsible for the stability of the whole company, as well as for continued compliance with our owners’ expectations. He both directs and takes part in the processes affecting the company, coordinates projects that are related to the Austrian Post, and supervises the company’s marketing activities. As an employer, he is answerable for each employee, while also managing all changes affecting the company. He is the one to set strategic goals for the middle and the long run.

Participation in projects

  • Structural reorganization of the company.
  • Moving the company to its new premises, the BILK logistics center.
  • Shaping up the new sorting system.
  • Developing a customer service call center.
  • Preparing the new web site of the company, as well as coordination of online developments.
  • Preparing the move toward the B2C market.

  • Having retained 4th position in the small parcel segment of the COP market with guaranteed delivery deadline as well as realizing 23.2% more deliveries and 16.8% more revenue in 2012 as compared to the previous year.
  • Having moved the central depot of the company to a new place and set up a new sorting center and offices at the BILK logistics center.
  • Having been able to maintain good relations with both clients and subcontractors year after year.
  • Having been able to establish a client-focused approach (by creating a newsletter, operating a call center, organizing partner events, introducing e-mail and sms notifications etc.), as well as developing a team that works together well.

What are your most important tasks?

To organize and meet the headcount plan in alignment of the business strategy of trans-o-flex Hungary, and to keep maintaining the right size of manpower. Describing, communicating, measuring and developing the requirements of performances. To improve the organization and change management.Creating plans and programs to develop the work related and also the general knowledge of employees. To form a system of organizational interest management and to create additional motivation factors for the employees.

By what kind of professional experiences did you arrive to trans-o-flex?

  • Graduated in Canada in human resources management and also started her professional carrier there. Started as an administrator at Evertz Microsystems Ltd. in Burlington, Ontario and advanced to HR Manager within a couple of years.
  • Worked at OMV Hungary and Scania Hungary as HR Manager.
  • Right before arriving to trans-o-flex she worked as an HR Business Partner at Rex-Bud Ltd. where one of her tasks was the implementation and introduction of the firm’s new HR strategy.

What challenges do you expect at trans-o-flex?

It is a challenge at all companies to find the best possible employees and to keep the talented ones on board. The HR profession in our country is under changes from many angles and by utilizing her international experiences Timea would like to improve the general perception of HR.Her plan is to execute with a positive attitude, both employee and employer focused, non-conventional HR strategy. The key to these are: to build an efficient cohesive team, and the motivation and improvement of employees.

His tasks include the supervision of the existing company management system, ensuring the stable operation of the network and updating it to current needs.

As an IT director, he is responsible for developing the existing system, coordinating the tasks of the various departments related to this, and reporting to the mother company on a regular basis.

Participation in projects

  • Carrying out the IT audit of the predecessor company.
  • Conducting the replacement of the previous system during the integration of Merland Express, as well as the introduction of the procedures used at present.

Results he is proud of in the history of trans-o-flex

  • Having been able to design and set up the IT system on time and in a quality ensuring continuous operation on both occasions when the company moved to new premises (in 2009 to Gyál and in 2011 to the BILK logistics center).
  • Having introduced a public Track and Trace system in 2011, as well as the use of MC75 scanners that make it possible to truly track the route and status of packages countrywide online.
  • Having been able to add more and more new functions to the client software that provide effective tools for existing and new customers alike.

Major responsibilities

He directs the work of the whole logistics department involving most of our employees, including deliveries, the subcontractor and depot network for pickup, the warehouse procedures and the sorting and distribution of parcels/pallets (also for colleagues working at the central depot).

He takes care of the stability of services, as well as of the effective development and introduction of background processes. His responsibilities include the optimization and planning of costs, and reporting on the results affecting operation. He also takes part in projects started by the Austrian Post, and represents the company at various professional forums, conferences and client meetings

  • Optimizing warehouse processes in a LEAN approach.
  • Starting the service in Croatia.
  • Developing the new sorting system.
  • Introducing the Motorola MC75 scanners with online connection, that have become indispensable in the daily work of couriers.

Major responsibilities

Pénzügyi vezetőként feladatai közé tartozik a cég pénzügyi, számviteli és kontrolling rendszerének kialakítása, felügyelete, irányítása, valamint a pénzügyi osztályon dolgozó kollégák szakmai irányítása, fejlesztése, motiválása. Havi zárások alkalmával rendszeresen és ad-hoc riportokat készít elő a felsővezetők és a tulajdonosok részére, szükség esetén kapcsolatot tart a társaság könyvvizsgálóival.

Milyen kihívásokra számít a munkájában?

Viktória fontosnak tartja az egyes belső folyamatok optimalizálását, a hatékonyságuk növelését, különös tekintettel a kintlévőségek csökkentésére. Ennek megvalósítása jelenti szerinte a legnagyobb kihívást munkájában.

Major responsibilities

The services director’s task is to organize the procedures of customer and dispatcher services, as well as of damages and complaint management, and to direct and optimize everyday work at the department. As a quality commissioner, he is also responsible for the supervision of the quality assurance system, for conducting the control audits, for ensuring the conditions of labor safety, and for the documents related thereto. His tasks also include the organization and supervision of waste management and environmental protection, as well as maintaining the relationship with relevant authorities and other governmental organs on behalf of the company.

Participation in projects

  • Structural reorganization of the customer service department.
  • Introduction and retention of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates.
  • Set-up of a new call center within the customer service department.
  • Introduction of a new uniform for the couriers.
  • Replacement of the trolley fleet by environmentally friendly models at the depots.
